Universal Credit training in Northern Ireland

Universal Credit is still a huge issue facing many in Northern Ireland. Due to demand we are re running our popular session looking at the differences between HB and UC as well as a session on dealing with the impacts of Universal Credit.

Essential housing advice training

Our foundational Housing Advice Training Programme starts in early September and is the must have foundational course for anyone working in housing.  Practical half day sessions on accessing social housing and challenging housing decisions are also on offer.

HMO training

A new regime for Houses in Multiple Occupation was introduced locally on April 1^st.  If you missed our sell out sessions covering the key changes in the new regime, licensing, management standards, enforcement and much more, you have another opportunity to attend in September.  Early booking is advised.
