Join us from 11.30 until 13.30 on Thursday 2nd October as we run our first ever online advice clinic.

The clinic will focus on issues facing private tenants, so if you’ve got a query about deposits, rent, repairs or housing benefit you can get in touch to find out the answer.

The clinic has now closed, but you can read what happened during this session over at housingadviceNI.org

How to join the clinic

You can post your questions

What type of questions can you ask?

We’ll try to answer any questions about renting privately, but please remember that the clinic is on a public website so don’t include any personal information about you or anyone else in your messages.  If your particular question is too complex or it's not appropriate to go into details on a public website, we'll send you our contact details so you can get in touch with one of our specialist housing advisers.

I have lived in this rented house 18 months (signed a new contract 6 months ago for 12 month, private landlord) I am reporting repairs but nothing is being done, ie
all the porch double glazed windows have failed.
the external gate has fallen off and part of the fence
the external paintwork needs doing

What are my rights? can I be evicted for constantly contacting them?

best regards Mr D Borrow
