Shortlisted for Customer Service Excellence Award at CIH NI awards
Housing Rights' Landlord Advice service has been shortlisted in the Customer Service Excellence category of the CIH NI awards 2018.
Landlord Advice is funded by the Department for Communities and operated by Housing Rights. We have been piloting the service since January 2017. We nominated Landlord Advice because in a short period this innovative service has established a solid reputation with impressive results, promoting professionalism and good practice in the private rented sector.
So far Landlord Advice has:
- been contacted over 1000 times by landlords via phone or email.
- 100% satisfaction rate from users
- 100% of users said they would use the service again
Since it started, landlords in Northern Ireland have progressed from having no central source of advice, to being able to access a fully functioning service providing information on all aspects of a tenancy management. With no similar service currently available in other UK jurisdictions, Landlord Advice is leading the way in best practice.
Catherine Feely, Landlord Advice Service Manager, (pictured with adviser Kim) is delighted to be shortlisted.
“I am so proud that Landlord Advice has been shortlisted. We’ve really worked hard this past year to ensure landlords in Northern Ireland have access to free advice on all aspects of tenancy management. The advisers provide an exemplary service to landlords and this is reflected in the fantastic feedback we receive.”
Winners will be announced on 23 February 2018.
