We're finalists! Helpline team shortlisted for Team of the Year

Housing Rights helpline team have been announced as Team of the Year finalists in the prestigious Irish News Workplace & Employment awards 2017.

To meet growing demand we centralised our advice services and developed a dedicated helpline team. It has been operating for 18 months and provides immediate access to vital housing and homelessness advice for our clients. 

Clare Rothwell, Helpline Co-Ordinator is ecstatic about being shortlisted:

“I am so proud the helpline team have been shortlisted.  Everyday I am inspired by how the team works so hard for a shared goal – supporting one another with their knowledge but also emotionally in what can be a very pressurised role. ” (Clare, Helpline Co-ordinator)

This year’s awards attracted more entries than ever so it’s a fantastic endorsement of the helpline team’s work to be shortlisted. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on the 8th June.
