Janet receives OBE in New Year’s Honours

Janet Hunter awarded OBE

Housing Rights Director Janet Hunter has been awarded an OBE in the New Year’s Honours list for her services to the community.

Janet has worked in housing for over 30 years and has been the Director of Housing Rights since 1994.  Her passion for housing, and her belief in the ability of housing to transform lives, has grown throughout her career.

Janet is unwavering in her commitment to make a positive difference to the lives of the people who are homeless or have housing problems. This award recognises her achievements and is testimony to her dedication and professionalism.
