Housing Rights impact work recognised with C03 award

We are delighted that our Head of Operations Jim O’Callaghan was Highly Commended in the “Leading for Impact” category of the CO3 leadership awards.  The award seeks to recognise those who clearly demonstrate strong leadership in adopting impact practice into their organisation. 

Jim leads all our quality work and is responsible for monitoring service and client data for Housing Rights. 

Housing Rights is a client-focused organisation and we know that our work makes a very real difference to people’s lives but recognise that this can be challenging to measure. Jim has spearheaded the drive for us to better understand the impact Housing Rights has on the lives of those who come to us for support.
