Hike4HopeNI for mental health, housing and homelessness

Hike4HopeNI is a walk from Derry to Belfast, organised by Professor Paddy Gray and Professor Siobhan O’Neil. The aim of the walk is to raise money and awareness around mental health, suicide and homelessness. The walk is over 5 days from the 17th-21st December 2015. You can get involved with the fundraising efforts in different ways.

The walk will raise funds for four charities in Northern Ireland who work with housing, mental health and suicide prevention. You can choose which charity you want to donate to:

Join in with Hike4HopeNI

You can also join in the walk. They plan to cover around 11-20 miles each day, and are looking for people to join them on the walk for 1 or more days.

Day 1       Thursday 17th December (Derry-Dungiven)
Day 2       Friday 18th December (Dungiven-Maghera)
Day 3       Saturday 19th December (Maghera-Toome)
Day 4       Sunday 20th December (Toome-Antrim)
Day 5       Monday 21st December (Antrim-Belfast)
