"Cedar Foundation Floating Support staff who have undergone Housing Rights Housing Advice Training Programme, have found it to be extremely beneficial in cementing their knowledge of housing issues faced by our service users and resolving these. Staff will use the skills gained to continue to support and meet the needs of service users requiring assistance with housing issues."
Floating Support Worker, Ashlene Donnelly, who works in the Cedar Foundation, Northern Floating Support Scheme said,
'The course was excellent. The delivery was very professional and interactive and it was good to reinforce skills and knowledge built up over years, so we can continue to provide a quality Floating Support service to those with housing needs.'
