This introductory level training course will assist participants in ‘walking through’ the current Housing Selection Scheme points system and the assessment process completed by NIHE to support applicants in gaining social housing.

- Allocations
- Challenging decisions
- Legislation in place to support the assessment process and applicants being assessed for social housing
