More people than ever are making their home in the Private Rented Sector. This two day course will provide attendees with a better understanding of the PRS and its structure. It will also cover how to advise clients who are entering or leaving the sector. It will also address those living in the sector already who may be having problems
The session will look at:
- The rights and obligations of tenants in the Private Rented Sector (PRS)
- Obligations of landlords and tenants with regard to repairs
- Statutory requirements relating to rent control
- Issues in relation to affordability and accessibility of a tenancy
- Security of tenure

Have a better understanding of PRS and how to advise clients who are entering the sector, currently living in the sector, those who are having problems and those who want to leave the sector
