In light of a recent report Welfare Reforms in Northern Ireland, which was published by the Northern Ireland Audit Office (NIAO) it is clear that there has been relatively limited uptake of Universal Credit Contingency Fund payments and Discretionary Support loans and grants, in particular. This resource sets out sources of discretionary support to assist households who are struggling financially and includes details of how to access such funds.
